unable to start asm in oracle restart 12c

Hello,

Please refer to the below steps done:

[oracle@racnode1 Desktop]$ srvctl start asm

PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.asm

CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.asm start" encountered the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kfrValAcd30], [DATA], [1], [9], [1329], [10], [1346], [], [], [], [], []

. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/u01/app/oracle/diag/crs/racnode1/crs/trace/ohasd_oraagent_oracle.trc".


I thought let the asm and ohasd start together on server reboot

When I try to change auto start option for ASM in /etc/oratab to Y after my vm reboot it again goes to N - not sure why I though it could be relate to attribue of ora.asm resource - I treied changing that and getting below error:
