Unable to execute ADADMIN / ADPATCH utility on web node

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

Node architecture:

     node 1 :DB and CM on same server  - able to run adadmin/adpatch without any issue.

     Node 2 : Web node server ( issue is here )

We are not able to execute the ADADMIN / ADPATCH utility on single web node . we are getting error as below-----
