Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to apply the modifier basd on the sales order value

Hi,

Any one please let me know how to apply the modiifer for teh below requirement

If teh sales order value is greather than 200000 USD then will provide the discount for the below items like

X Item -10 %

Y Item -7.5

Z item -12%

Please let me know how to enabel the modifier.
