NLS Patch

Hello All,

I have performed an 12.2.3 install recently with NLS enabled lang Serbia ( Cyrillic and Latin).

The 12.2.3 Release Update pack (US) installed successfully.

Then licensed the languages, and requested the Translation patches.

The NLS patches for 12.2.3 were not applied.

Do i Apply those NLS patches now?

The TSP was requested with " get the latest translations to bring your translations up-to-date".
