ORA-12541: TNS:no listener, Windows server

Hi all,

It is a regular issue but I could not resolve and get it working.

I have oracle database installed on one server 'A' and I have oracle client installed on another server 'B'.

When I am trying to connect from B to A I am getting this error

ORA-12541: TNS:no listener


Listener on Server 'A' is up and running. I am able to connect from other servers except server 'B'.

I have tnsnames.ora file in the network/admin path.
