Budget Fund Fail

Respected Support Experts,

I have uploaded budget (Absolute) and (Fiscal Year Calendar JUL-14 to JUN-15) When i am going to enter JV in JUL-14 system accepts and when i am going to enter in JUN-15 it says Fund Fails while report is showing that the funds is available.
