Any Downside to adding Hold Status to selection Criteria for Commitment Control > Define Control Bud

Can  you think of any downside to adding Hold Status to selection Criteria for Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Source Transaction > Expense Sheets and Travel Auths?

Hold status isn't included in demo, but can be added.  Wouldn't this streamline the approval process if doing a Batch Commitment Control process?

If the approver does send back or deny the transaction, the item is re-budget checked to relieve the encumbrance
