Is there a way to notify the buyer that a requsition has been approved?

The Originator of the requisition is notified that the requisition has been approved but the buyer must periodically

check the Generate PO P43060 to see if anything is ready to be converted. Is there a way to have the buyer

also be notified when a requisition has been approved?
