Will there be an upgrade path to Fusion from R12.1.3 or R12.2? Or, because Fusion is considered a d

Some of us in the public sector space especially need to make long term plans.

Currently premier support for R12.1.3 is set to expire end of 2016 and R12.2 around 2018.

While extended support is offered, could we get some clarity on if it is at all likely that there will be an upgrade path to Fusion for OEBS customers? I won't hold you to it , but is Oracle working on this or it is going to be re-implementation only?
