Data load for Period 13 from a new location.

We are getting ready to load the Period 13 data in ARM. We wanted to have a separate location for period 13 dataload to avoid any conflict with the maps for normal location which we will need to update for Jan,15 close. We wanted to check if having the data load done for December from a different location, reopen the closed recons treating it as change in balance. Could you please confirm?
