Transactional records are not interfaced

Hi IB Team,

I need your assiatance on one of the issue where we Found many transactional records are not interfaced with Installed Base and these are stuck in IB interface with errors. I have attached the excel sheet of those transactions.

I am not undersatnding how I can start working on this issue, is this really handled from IB or because as per the errors I understood this should handle from the OM or PO or WIP as per the respective transactions.

Please advice at the earliest.
