Hi, utl_http package returns error -- ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP",

Hi

Thanks for reading  and appreciate your help.

These errors below started after the website stopped using SSLv3 and started using TLSv1.0.  I imported their certificate into our wallet but I continue to see the same error.  We are on 11..2.0.3 database.

utl_http package returns error --  ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1722 ORA-29259: end-of-input reached ORA-06512: at line 1.
