How to upgrade my Oracle EE database version 11.2.0.3.0

Hi Gurus,

I have 11.2.0.3.0 software to install on OEL6.   My new Premavera software requires that my Oracle EE version should be 11.2.0.4.

I have not found any base install of 11.2.0.4 in oracle edelivery page.

Can anyone tell me how I can get 11.2.0.4.  Is it any PSU that bump up the version from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.

Appreciate if you could provide some information how to get 11.2.0.4 software for OEL6.
