Oracle Doc ID 1900791.1 recomends patch 18014424 however that patch does not exist

We are researching an issue with Depeciation not dispursing properly for multi-distributed asses which have negative costs. This Oracle Doc seems to provide a solution. However, the patch is no where to be found and the file version it claims to fix cannot be located by our DBA. It says it is for R12.1 . FA.B:  src/deprn/ fadp5.lpc  12010000.38
