EM 12c R1 Two OMS with a SLB

EM 12c: Multiple Agents Failed to Communicate with OMS Servers behind SLB with Error Agent is Unreachable (REASON = unable to connect to http server at URL [peer not authenticated]) (Doc ID 1935057.1)

The above note suggests that the b64LocalCertificateCertificate might be different between the OMS, but a diff of the files show only the log names to be different.
