VB Business Service getting SBL-SCR-00123

Using custom Business Services. Some are written in VB and some in eScript. Most of the time, they work fine, but sometimes these VB Business Services start getting errors.

Here is the error message in French:
Impossible d'initialiser le sous-système de langage de génération de script (SblInitiate a renvoyé 7).(SBL-SCR-00123)

Can somebody tell what this error message is?

This error code points to: "Unable to initialize Scripting language subsystem (%1 returned %2)".

Haven't found anything else about this.
