Siebel 8.1.1.10 [Open UI] [IE11] : Body of plain template is not loading completely in F9 window

1) Login to Siebel.
2) Go to Service Requests screen.
3) Click on Query and Go button.
4) Press F9 button on any existing SR#.
5) Select any value for pick recipient.
6) Enter value in To field.
7) Click on Body drop down.

AR: Body of plain template is not loading completely in F9 window. Please see attachment.

ER: Body of plain template should load completely in F9 window.

NOTE:
1) This issue is not observed for HTML templates.
2) Issue is reproducible even after deleting cookies.

3)1) This issue is not observed for IE9 & Chrome.
