Correct Patch number for PSU Jan 2015 for EBS 12.1.3 and DB 11.2.0.4

Hi,

Please let me know the correct patches are required for PSU Jan 2015.

I want to apply on EBS 12.1.3 and Database 11.2.0.4

OS- AIX6

I have gone through below document but i have doubt in patch number which I need to apply.

Patch Set Update and Critical Patch Update January 2015 Availability Document (Doc ID 1942215.1)

Please advise.
