Can webcenter portal integrate with legacy Oracle systems?

Hi, We are looking into the feasibility of implementing the webcenter portal to provide suppliers with a single point of access to multiple Oracle instances. We currently have a regional Supplier Collaboration Portal collecting data from 11.5.10 Oracle instances, which we're looking to phase out in favour of using a 12.1.3/12.2.4 version of iSupplier, but whilst we are in transition, we want to maintain the single point of access which the suppliers have today in SCP.
