Cannot set up MOA as cannot retrieve all Operating Units in the same Business Group

Hi

I need to set up MOA as i cannot sweep unaccounted transaction ; I receive error saying that sweep program cannot be executeddue to insufficient access.

Notes I referred states that i need to assign a Secutiry profile that has access to all OU.

As per (Doc ID 745420.1)  i need to define a security profile and assign all the operating units to this sceurity profile

The issue is that on this same set up book we have 2 different business groups, each business group have 3 operating units, and i do not have any business group which all the operating units assinged to it.
