T5-4 3.6 GHz – single thread performance (integer)

Hello experts,

I understand that one core of a T5-4 has 8 threads and two integer execution pipelines. That said 2 threads on a core can run in parallel.

Following questions:

Q1: At which clock speed are the two threads running (if the other 6 threads on the core are not in use) ?

Q2: At which clock speed is one thread running (if the other 7 threads on the core are not in use) ?

Q3: At which clock speed is a thread running when ALL threads on a core are in use ?

Pls. note that this is a theoretical question but I want to know (i.e. if the 2 threads are running at 3.6 GHz or not, or the 3.6 GHz must be divided by 2 or the number of threads, …).

Howdy, Stranger!
