EBS R12.1.3 iProcurement - Global responsibility

Hi,

My large global customer has over 80 operating units around the world and would like to enable certain users of internet procurement in one OU to be able to requisition on behalf of requesters in all other OUs.

Is this achieveable?

Currently each OU has its own HR Security profile secured by country-specific Business Group which has been part of the HR implementation.

I suspect the answer to this is No, use Centre-lead procurement with the Shared Service Centre model for Oracle Purchasing.
