I am new to Goldengate. I need gg replication from DB2 or Oracle to Target (Oracle_11.2.0.1)

I am new to Goldengate. Could you please suggest me like any documentation so that i can follow up for  How to install and configure in vmware for Goldengate replication from source DB (oracle or DB2) to Target (Oracle Server). I need to know implementation in VMware  before implementing in Office. And Which book is best one to learn on Goldengate. It's a great help.
