Unit selling price should not be less than last sold price

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement not to book an order if unit selling price is less than last sold price to the customer. For example, if an item 'Item A' is shipped and invoiced to customer at $100 last year. Same item if entered in a sales order today to same old customer, system should stop from booking if the selling price is less than $100

I gave a workaround to my customer to search first in order organizer for customer and item combination and then create a new order looking at that data. This is just a workaround and doesn't hold good for many lines in an order. Can you please share your thoughts if any?
