Payables not recognize when an account is closed

Hi everybody.

After we applied patch 18004477 for Payroll facing some issues like this

when run PPR the application assign a closed account to pay an invoice(s) for

some suppliers who has Dollars or Mexican pesos accounts.

the issue appear when attempting to pay on single mode or using PPR

users have to take care when deploy payments on the electronic bank.
