Opatch error using OEM 12c

Hi,

When i try to apply patch automation on windows server 2008 by using Patch plan in OEM 12c, it throws a following error :

Prereq "checkActiveFilesAndExecutables" for patch XXXX failed

The details are:

Following files are active :

G:\oracle\bin\oracell11.dll

G:\oracle\bin\oraasmclnt11.dll

G:\oracle\bin\orapls11.dll

G:\oracle\bin\orageneric11.dll

G:\oracle\bin\oraclient11.dll

G:\oracle\bin\oracommon11.dll

G:\oracle\bin\oraxml11.dll

Could you please guide me what should i do to resolve this issue ?
