Update the field PODATA of F983051

Hi EveryOne,

I need to update a specific value in processing option for many reports that contains a minimum 60 versions each, and it will be twice a week before ruining on the scheduler. I want to design a custom app, the I want to put the rapport name, version name and the value that I want to update massively, my problem is the PODATA in the table F983051 who can update the value, because it is a blob. Is the any function or API can do the job.
