Submit as New Button not apearing when I edit an existing job in BI Publisher

Hello,

I want to edit an existing job, and want to submit it as a new job with a new name.

I do not get the Submit as New Button , on the top right, only the Return and Submit buttons are visible.

Only the General Tab is populated. The Output , Scheduling and Notification tabs are all blank and I have to fill them up all again.

Eg; I want to only change a parameter ( General Tab) , and email recipients 9 Output Tab) ,

keeping all else same ( Email content , Output, schedule etc - No Change) as the previous job, and save this as a new Job with a new name.
