Getting Failed to initialize GPnP

When running orachk  pre-check for upgrade to 11.2.0.4 getting "Private interface is not configured in OCR" "Failed to initialize GPnP" but we have Private interface configured.

$ oifcfg getif

bond0  10.56.148.0  global  public

bond2  10.8.7.32  global  cluster_interconnect
