when we are defining the bank and branch address

Hi

When we are defing the bank and branch address in R12.1.3 we hit an error:

The descriptive flexfield with application name Receivables (AR) and name Address (Remit Address HZ) is not compiled. Please contact your system administrator.

Have anyone hit the same error before? recompiling of the DFF does not resolve the issue.
