remove file system from OVMM?

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Hello there.
I'm trying to get OVMM 3.2 up and running on Oracle (Sun) x86 hardware.  I have the hypervisor installed, v 3.2.8 , along with an instance of OVMM 3.2.  I have 2 local disks, which the system can see.  My problem is that I configured an NFS file system to point to my ZFS storage, and I have since added another ZFS storage and now need to point OVM to this new storage instead of where it's pointing now.

I tested "deleting" the nfs filesystem on a 'practice' nfs filesystem, and when I click "delete", it not only deleted the nfs config from OVMM -- it also deleted all of the data IN the nfs mount.  I absolutely cannot have that in this case, as the nfs mount I'm pointing to contains data that's in use.  If I delete it, it will be a Very Bad Thing.
