How can I "add a vote" to an existing Enhancement Request?

We have an issue where we're trying to make a Third-Party payment to a Bank/Credit Card, including payments for multiple individual vendors (instead of an individual payment to the same bank/cc for each vendor).  This apparently cannot be done, but I believe Enhancement Request (Bug 7524114 : COMBINE MULTIPLE PAY SITES TO ONE CHECK.) would apply in our situation.  I'm wondering if there's a way to add our company to the list of those already noted in the Bug/ER?  Thanks.
