List of internal name

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I have a kind of generic question. If there a report of internal name I can find out in the ebs system? Say for example internet expense is APEXP and OTL related is HXCEMP. The internal name is needed to change the workflow status. So, if I can have a list that would make things a lot easier. Please advise. Thank you.
