Problem using VirtualBox 4.3.20 - Error open VM file , Oracle Linux VM, Windows 7 laptop

I imported the ova file - OracleLinux65.ova successfully (downloaded from Oracle Linux VM Image for Hands-On Lab), but get error when try to launch the VM:

Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.

The application will now terminate.
