Getting "Unable to authenticate session" error after upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.0

Dear Gurus,

I am getting "Unable to authenticate session" error after upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.0 on Solaris 5.10.

I have completed almost all steps and applied all the required patches, could you please help. I tried clearing my system's cache and java temp files

but not helping.
