ASCP PO Suggested Due Date

How ASCP compute the PO Suggested Due Date?

I have a PO. The earliest pegged demand using assembly date is Feb. 05, but the PO suggested due date is Jan. 28. There are 5 working days between these two date. What is this 5 days from?
