Mail delivery

Dear Sir / Madam

our JDE E-mail delivery is working fine when sending email to our internal mail server in the company but it is failing to send mail to any other external Email for example xys@hotmail or any other external domain

the below setting is the current settings of our JDE.IN mail section of the enterprise server

[JDEMAIL]

Rule1=90|OPT|MAILSERVER=ampht01.amplex.local

Rule2=100|DEFAULT|OWMON=OWMON@amplex-emirates.ae

Rule3=110|DEFAULT|PSFT_SYSTEM=PSFT_System@amplex-emirates.ae

Rule4=120|DEFAULT|JDE_SYSTEM=JDE_System@amplex-emirates.ae

Rule5=DEFAULT|WORKFLOW_SYSTEM=Workflow@amplex-emirates.ae

Rule6=140|OPT|MERGELOCAL=1

Rule7=150|OPT|UPDATELOCAL=0
