In stock material disposition

Hi

I am using JDE 9.1, I am not using quality module but using disposition screen I would like to know if I am doing in stock inventory inspection can I use disposition screen for the same. following are the possible action on instock material inspection disposition.

Move for rework - move out of Planning BP from stock to other BP.

Return to supplier -  Is there any debit note process in JDE for supplier.
