Not Working : Patch 19637463: SU Patch [12UV]: WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 10.3.6.0.10

Hello All,

I applied this patch on few of Weblogic 10.3.6.0 domains . Restart of Admin and managed servers after patching was fine but while accessing weblogic console of any of the patched domain , getting below exception :
