how can i receive manual inbound shipment

Hi ,

Can any one tell me that how can I receive (Source (I)) shipment using P4915.

I have created multiple purchase orders and using p4915 created a manual shipment . I have added all the purchase order lines to the manual shipment .

1. if I do shipment confirmation the purchase orders are not receiving (have verified Processing options)

2.i have directly tried to receive by using p4312 but unable to find the shipment number.
