Unable to login using datamover with PS id

I'm having some problem with PUM image.

The creation of VM is a breeze, no issue & everything goes smoothly.

I am able to login to the PIA homepage using PS id.

However when I tried to login to Application Designer & Data mover using PS/PS, it's giving ORA-01017 Invalid username/password error.

I double check my configuration manager settings and everything are correct. I tried to login to DataMover using SYSADM & people IDs it's working fine but not PS id.

Please help
