Ending Benefit Plans
We are ending the majority of our benefit plans in Oracle. We are on Standard Benefits. R12.1.1.3 All plans/element entries have been ended successfully in the application. However, when navigating through multiple employee records in Self-Service, we are finding some employee’s view displaying plans they are no longer eligible for. The ineligible plans displaying can be different for the employees we are finding the issue with. This seems to be happening haphazardly. We have 886 employees, and without navigating through every record, do not know how many employees are affected by this. How do we identify and fix this issue?
