The Merge Patch failed

Hello:

I am in process of upgrading the database 11.2.0.3 to 12c on E-Business application R12.2.4 and I am following this Doc ID for upgrading the database.

Follow Interoperability Notes Oracle EBS 12.2 with Oracle Database 12c Release 1 (Doc ID 1926201.1)

adop phase=apply patches=19139794,19343134,19494816,20024780,20029957,20251314 merge=yes

As per the DOC ID I am applying the above patches on R12.2.4 code level and I running into the following issue, looks like the issue is some of the above patches are lower than my current code level. 

My question is how do I know which patches are not compatible with our current code lines, please help me troubleshoot this issue.  The log doesn't give me much information to troubleshoot the issue.
