I have a new phantom (stocking type "0"), stock (line type "S") item that I cannot get the standard

The phantom has a BOM -- "Type of Bill" is "M" or standard manufacturing bill, and components in the BOM all have quantities called out. The components all have 07 standard costs. I am completing the processing options so that it will use 07 standard cost of purchased and outside process components. There are both purchased and manufactured components in the BOM.

I tried running the simulation with several other item numbers in a list on the data selection, some of them stock phantom items, and everything else updated just fine. This one item did not simulate.

So I then ran the simulation with just this one item number in the data selection, and I still got no simulated cost.
