Rounding The Invoice Value -India Localisation

Hi All,

Need your suggestions with rounding the invoice value .

For example 

Sales Order for quantity of 1413 KG at unit price of 300 = 423900.00

1.Service Tax (12%) = 50868 

2.CESS (2% on service tax) = 1017.36

3.HCESS (1 % on service tax) = 508.68

The Invoice TOTAL = 476294.04

Then to round-off -0.04 for Total of 476294.

We need to round off the invoice total .

Is there a possibility of doing this.
