[Pillar Axiom 600] missing brick, call home event

Hi all,

we having this implementation of Pillar Axiom 600 and as we power on the storage, some weird things happened such as unstable voltage on slammers batteries,

interconnect lost on pilot and finally missing brick and call home event occured...

i've been searching MOS notes and cases... found the document but no explanation further and no solution offered except for call Oracle Support.

the thing is, this storage weirdly not listed on the CSI number along with other product in this implementation...

anybody can help me????

pleease??

...

PS: i'm desperately need a solution...
