Cause: Application Object Library encountered an error selecting information from the table FND_DOC_

Hi,

Our Journal Import for the Italian Secondary Ledger goes in error therefore also the Primary Ledger doesn't end up in the GL itself. We went through the whole document sequencing set up but all seems fine. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Log file says:

Cause: Application Object Library encountered an error selecting information from the table FND_DOC_SEQUENCE_USERS.

SHRD0014: GLLEZL - process exiting with failure.

This is for Payables data but same issue we have for other modules.
