RAC 11.2.0.4 SE query performance

Hi,

We have a RAC (Oracle 11.2.0.4 Standard Edition on Suse and on ESX) and I've a query which on one node executes fast: < 15 sec. But if I run the same query on the other node (directly in sqlplus) it runs for 4 a  7 minutes. I've checked the obvious, thing like parameters, cpu's, etc and on both node things are identical.

I've trace the query on both instances and these are the results:
