Supplier address pages shows customer sites

I have created a Vendor from one organization and created a site for the same from different organization. I created a customer for the same party which is created by the vendor. When i create a site under the customer i am seeing the same site under the Address page under the supplier page. Is there any thing we need to do some profile options or some configuration setups.
