Duty deferral program

Good morning,

Our customer is an important distributor that import in Canada most of its products (over 30 000 skus), and exports them. Normally, duty fees are calculated when goods arrived in Canada and are payable directly to the transport agent when the stock hit the border. However, this client benefits from the Canadian Duty Deferral program, which allow the payment of such duty taxes only at the time the goods are being sold abroad.

Is there any of you that already face such situation and implemented such program in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1, providing the system can track which duty taxes are payable at what time and provide an audit trail for futur tax audit purposes?
